North London Man Charged with Six Terror Offences

A man is set to face court today after being charged with multiple terrorism offences in a Met Counter Terrorism investigation.

Abdiwahid Abdulkadir Mohamed Busted

Abdiwahid Abdulkadir Mohamed, 31, from north London, was charged on Wednesday with six counts of possessing documents likely to aid terrorism. The charges relate to section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

Held in Custody Ahead of Court Appearance

Mohamed was arrested on Wednesday, 18 January during a pre-emptive Met counter-terror operation. He remains in custody and appeared this morning at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
