Met Hits 20 Suspects with Terror Charges in London – Total Now 134
The Met’s Counter Terrorism Command has slammed the brakes on alleged supporters of the banned group Palestine Action. On August 9, 20 suspects were arrested across London and slapped with charges under the Terrorism Act. This latest batch pushes the total charged up to a staggering 134.
The Crown Prosecution Service has approved the charges. The accused have been notified by post and are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on November 24.
