60s Man Attacked in Random Cornmarket Assault

Between 8.45pm and 9pm on December 2, a man in his 60s was walking through The Cornmarket when he was suddenly assaulted and knocked to the ground.

The victim suffered a head injury in what police believe was a random attack.

Suspect Description Released

Officers say the suspect is a white man in his 30s, stocky build, with a short stubbly beard. He may have been wearing a light-coloured jacket.
