Hit-and-Run Horror in Bournemouth: Pedestrian Injured as BMW Flees Scene

Police are hunting witnesses after a hit-and-run on West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, last night.

Pedestrian Hurt, Driver Flees

At around 9pm on Sunday, March 19, a black BMW smashed into a 25-year-old man from Weymouth. The victim suffered an ankle injury and was rushed to hospital. Shockingly, the BMW sped off without stopping. A Boxer dog was reportedly seen in the boot of the car.

Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up

Police Constable Mike Henstridge said: “The BMW involved failed to stop at the scene. We need anyone who saw the collision or spotted the BMW’s driving just before or after to contact us immediately.”

“We also want to hear from anyone who knows who was behind the wheel.”
