Authorities made a major haul after stopping a van leaving the Channel Tunnel terminal in Folkestone. Officers uncovered a whopping £35,000 in cash during the afternoon of Sunday, 1 November 2020.
Driver Charged with Possessing Criminal Property
Jetnor Lala, 39, from Goldsmith Road, London, was arrested and charged the very next day with possession of criminal property. He faced Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 2 November and was immediately remanded in custody.
