Party Turns Deadly in Seven Kings
The tragic stabbing/" title="Stabbing" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">stabbing happened after a music event held in converted garages at Telegraph Mews, Seven Kings. What started as a night of fun quickly turned sour when tensions flared between Dable and Dylon’s groups as they left the venue.
Chaos in the Early Hours
- Police were first called to Telegraph Mews at 6:10am on 24 November 2019, following reports of a fight.
- No stab wounds were found initially, but moments later officers were rushed to Ilford Lane for a man with knife injuries.
- Dylon was found bleeding and given emergency first aid before paramedics arrived.
- He was rushed to an east London hospital but sadly died at 12:36pm that day.
Knife Habit Turns Fatal
Dable admitted he carried a knife that night, hiding it between his buttocks — a “habit” when going out. Despite efforts from others to calm the situation, he lunged and stabbed Dylon, who had been trying to keep the peace.
Dable was arrested on 30 November while still recovering in hospital, initially charged with murder. A post-mortem at West Ham Mortuary confirmed Dylon’s death was caused by a stab wound.
Police Praise and Justice for Dylon
Detective Inspector Adam Callaghan said: “Homicide teams across the Met work relentlessly to achieve justice for victims. Our thoughts remain with Dylon’s family who continue to grieve. Dable will now be prevented from committing violence against anyone, and London’s streets are safer without him. He has years ahead to reflect on the brutal choice that ended Dylon’s life.”
