Drunk Driver Crashes Car in Thanet, Blows Over Three Times Legal Limit

A motorist crashed their car in Thanet after driving under the influence. Emergency services rushed to the scene where the wrecked vehicle was left completely write-off. Miraculously, both the driver and their passenger walked away unscathed.
Shocking Breath Test Results
Police revealed the driver’s roadside breath test showed a staggering 109 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath – more than three times the legal limit of 35. Plus, a drug wipe came back positive on the spot.
Arrest and Investigation
The driver was immediately arrested. Blood samples were taken as part of a full police interview. The suspect has since been released on bail pending the blood test results.
