Three Men Charged Over South Ockendon Stabbing Attack

Three men have been hit with attempted murder charges following a brutal knife attack in South Ockendon. Police rushed to Arisdale Close in the early hours of Wednesday 1 July after reports of a violent assault.

Victim Left Fighting for Life

The victim, a man in his 20s, was rushed to hospital in a life-threatening condition. His injuries have since been described as life-changing.

Suspects Face Multiple Charges

  • A 22-year-old from Dagenham faces charges of attempted murder, handling stolen goods, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance.
  • A 23-year-old from South Ockendon is charged with attempted murder, possession of an offensive weapon, and possession of class B drugs.
  • A 20-year-old from Upminster also faces attempted murder, possession of an offensive weapon, and possession of class B drugs charges.

All three men are set to appear at chelmsford/" title="Chelmsford" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Friday 3 July.
