Drink-Drive Scandal in Tunbridge Wells: Motorist Nearly Triples Legal Limit
Darius Lutinskas, 45, from Rowan Tree Road, Tunbridge Wells, was slammed with a hefty punishment after being caught drink-driving in Paddock Wood.

On 9 January 2022, Lutinskas blew a staggering 107 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath – over three times the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. To make matters worse, he was driving without insurance.

- Charged a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs
The sentence was handed down at maidstone/" title="Maidstone" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on 22 February 2022 after Lutinskas pleaded guilty. The court clearly made an example of him for flouting the law so blatantly.
