Man Stabbed Twice in Broad Daylight Attack on Gravesend Street

Victim Ambushed on King Street

A man in his twenties was walking along King Street, Gravesend, just after 10.30pm on Monday, August 1, 2022, when two men suddenly approached him. The suspects chased him before one allegedly plunged a weapon into his back twice.

Quick Hospital Treatment, Victim Released

The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment and later released. Police say the attackers knew the victim and was wearing dark clothing.

Arrest Made as Police Hunt for More Witnesses

A 21-year-old man from the local area was arrested the next day, Tuesday, August 2, but quickly released on bail. The investigation is ongoing.
