Teen Drug Duo Nabbed with Kinder Eggs Full of Heroin and Crack
Two West Yorkshire teens were caught red-handed by our proactive cops on Operation Expedite. Officers spotted the boys acting suspiciously in town, prompting a quick approach. The pair bolted — but a short foot chase ended their escape.
Knuckle Duster and Class A Drugs Found
On search, officers found two Kinder eggs packed with suspected heroin and crack cocaine. One of the lads also had a knuckle duster in his possession. The 16-year-old faces charges of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply, cannabis possession, and carrying an offensive weapon. His 15-year-old mate was arrested for involvement in drug supply.
County Lines Warning: Grooming Teens to Dodge Police
Both youngsters have been released on conditional bail while investigations continue. Police warn that county lines drug gangs exploit vulnerable youths to push drugs and stay under the radar.
