Police Raid Grimy Pig Heist on Cooper Road
Police stormed a Grimsby property on Sunday, 21 December, after a tip-off about suspicious activity. Officers arrived at 11am to find a vehicle hauling two pig carcasses. A backyard search uncovered two more dead pigs.
Two Men Nabbed for Pig Theft and Cruelty
A 25-year-old and a 28-year-old were arrested, each facing two counts of theft, criminal damage, and animal cruelty. Both suspects are now out on conditional bail while the probe continues.
Police Hunt for Witnesses and CCTV
Officers are calling on anyone with information or CCTV to step forward. A police spokesperson urged:
