Teen Arrested in Strood for Knife and Cannabis
In an unrelated incident the day before, Wednesday 28 December, officers stopped 18-year-old Kaan Kaptanoglu on Commercial Road, Strood. Police found a knife and cannabis on him. He was arrested on the spot.
Kaptanoglu, from Cecil Road, Rochester, is charged with possession of a bladed article and possession of cannabis. He is due in Medway Magistrates’ Court on 4 January 2023.
