Deveca Rose Faces Manslaughter and Child Abandonment Charges
Deveca Rose, 29, from Sutton, was charged on Thursday, 9 December 2023. She faces four counts of manslaughter and child abandonment under the Children and Young Persons Act 1933.
Rose is set to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 11 December.
