BMW Chase Ends in Wested Lane Sting
Police nabbed a BMW after a high-stakes chase on Tuesday, 15 November 2022. The car was spotted in Swanley before officers gave chase, finally forcing it to a stop in Wested Lane at 1.20pm.
Stolen Goods Found Inside Car
Officers discovered several items inside the BMW, believed stolen during a burglary near Sevenoaks just a day earlier. Shockingly, the driver was caught wearing trainers reported stolen from the same break-in.
Suspect Arrested on Multiple Charges
The 26-year-old driver, from Ilford, Essex, was arrested on suspicion of burglary, robbery, dangerous driving, and failing to stop for police. Authorities say the offences may also link to crimes in Hertfordshire.
