Woman Found Injured Beside Scooter on A259 – Police Launch Probe
Incident on A259 Near Body Shop Roundabout
A 52-year-old local woman was discovered injured next to her Vespa scooter on the A259 westbound, just before the Body Shop Roundabout, at around 7.09pm on Thursday, 28 October.
Victim Hospitalised with Head Injuries
Emergency services rushed the woman to hospital after she suffered head injuries. The severity of her condition has not yet been confirmed.
Road Closures and Police Appeal
Authorities shut down the A259 in both directions as emergency crews worked the scene. Police are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage to come forward.
