Motorcyclist Left Fighting for Life After Shocking Isle of Wight Crash
Hampshire police’s collision investigation unit are on the case after a terrifying smash left a 27-year-old biker with life-threatening injuries on the Isle of Wight.

Emergency crews were scrambled at 2.23am on Saturday following a call from ambulance staff. The crash happened on Sandown Road at the tricky junction with Cemetery Road in Lake. The injured rider was rushed to southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton General Hospital with multiple broken bones.
Police Hunting Witnesses and Clues
Investigators are probing whether the crash involved other vehicles or was a solo incident. They are urgently appealing for anyone who saw a Honda motorbike in the area before or during the collision to come forward.
A police spokesperson said: “We are investigating the circumstances of a collision that left a motorcyclist with serious life-threatening injuries.”
