Shots Fired Outside Newham Hospital in Dead of Night
Armed police rushed to Newham Hospital after gunfire erupted just after 1am. The Met confirmed they were called at 1:27am on February 19 following reports of shots on Glen Road, Plaistow.
Young Man Injured, Police Launch Probe
A 19-year-old male victim was found with superficial injuries at the scene. Luckily, his wounds are not life-threatening.
Investigation Underway
Police have launched a full investigation into the overnight shooting. No arrests have been announced yet as officers continue to piece together what sparked the violence.
