Blaze Breaks Out on Dartford Heath – Arson Suspected!
Kent Fire and Rescue Service raced to the scene after reports of a grass fire flaring up near Shepherds Lane on Dartford Heath.
Massive Fire Response In Action
Eight fire engines and two all-terrain vehicles were deployed. Firefighters battled the flames using hose reel jets, main jets, and beaters. They worked quickly to douse the fire and then scoured the area for any lingering hot spots.
No Injuries, But Police Step In
Thankfully, no injuries were reported. But Kent Police have been called in as the fire is believed to have been deliberately set.
