The victim, living on Blenheim Drive, Folkestone, realised her purse had vanished earlier in the day. She suspects it went missing during gardening work at her home. Adding fuel to the fire, several of the stolen bank cards showed suspicious activity, raising red flags with police.

The very next day, cops arrested a 35-year-old man with no fixed address. He faces multiple charges including burglary, fraud by false representation, possession of cannabis, and theft. He’s now out on bail until 3 December, as enquiries continue.
