The collision happened just after 8:40am on Oakfield Lane, near Hawley Road. Kent Police officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service crews arrived swiftly at the scene.
Paramedics treated the injured youngster on-site before rushing them to hospital for further care.

“Kent Police were called at 8:42am on Monday, March 31, to a collision involving a car and a child pedestrian in Oakfield Lane, Dartford. Officers and paramedics attended the scene where the child was treated for injuries. They have been taken to hospital for further medical attention.”
