At 7.45am on Wednesday 18 November 2020, a young victim was sexually assaulted on a Victoria Line train at a North London station. CCTV later caught the same man following another young victim at Oxford Circus Underground station the same day.
Same Man Spotted Taking Photos of Victims at Wembley Park
On 6 December 2020, reports surfaced of the suspect taking photos of young victims at Wembley Park Underground station. Police believe this man could hold vital clues to ongoing investigations.

“We are really keen to speak with the man in the images after a series of offences in which young victims have been targeted across the Underground network,” said Detective Robert Wilkes.
