Police Strike Back Against Organised Drug Crime
“The cash and drugs recovered show the scale of organised crime disrupted,” said Detective Inspector Tim Boulton of Staffordshire’s Major and Organised Crime Unit.
“This operation sends a clear warning to criminals dealing in illegal drugs. We rely heavily on tips from our communities — if you see something, say something.”
Inspector Stuart Coleman from the Tamworth Neighbourhood Policing Team added:
“Our commitment to protecting vulnerable people from illegal drugs is stronger than ever. No matter how small you think your information is, it can be crucial. Your intelligence shapes our operations and helps us keep communities safe.”
