Girl Chased by Mysterious Man in Dover – Police Release Computer Image
A young girl was followed by a suspicious man in Dover, sparking a police hunt for the stranger. Officers have now released a computer-generated image to help identify him.
Strange Encounter on Melbourne Avenue
At around 3.10pm on 9 December 2019, the girl was walking along Melbourne Avenue when she noticed a man trailing her in a dark or grey car. The man then got out near Colton Crescent and followed her through an alleyway between Peverell Road and Milton Road.
Thankfully, a woman with a child stepped in at the alleyway steps and spoke to the girl. The man promptly walked away.
Who Is the Mysterious Man?
- Skinny build
- Estimated age: 30s or 40s
- White hair
- Wearing a turtleneck jumper
- Sporting a diamond stud earring
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Kent Police want to speak to the man or anyone who recognises him. They are also keen to identify the woman who helped the girl during the frightening ordeal.
