Body Bag Removed, Two Women Arrested

Another resident, Lee Hathi, was stunned to see a body bag taken from the scene late into the evening. Hampshire Police confirmed two arrests related to the case. A spokeswoman stated: “A 35-year-old woman from Portsmouth and a 33-year-old woman from Fratton have been arrested in connection with the incident.

The Major Crime Investigation Team is leading the inquiry, but police have yet to release further details.
