Missing Toddler Found Safe After Holiday Park Scare Near Hastings
Two-Year-Old Disappears from Secret Campsite
Police launched a frantic search for toddler Max Cross after he went missing from a holiday park near Hastings. The two-year-old was last seen at the Secret Campsite on Kane Hythe Road, Battle, at around 12.15pm on Saturday, 1 June.
Urgent Appeal to Public
Officers, including the dog unit, scoured the area searching for Max. The little boy is described as white, with curly blonde hair, wearing a white T-shirt and khaki trousers at the time of his disappearance. Police urged anyone spotting Max to dial 999 immediately, quoting incident number 666 of 01/06.
Happy Ending: Max Found Safe and Well
UPDATE (4pm): The search ended on a high note with the safe recovery of Max Cross. The two-year-old was found safe and well later the same day, bringing relief to his family and the local community.
