Fire Fury in Hersden: Police Hunt Arson Suspect

Kent cops are on the case after two cars were torched in Hersden, near Canterbury. Both vehicles were left beyond repair in what’s being treated as suspected arson.

Blaze Strikes Twice in One Night

Just after 1.30am on Saturday, April 18, a car parked at a former service station turned hand car wash on Island Road went up in flames. Three hours later, a second vehicle caught fire in the same spot.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service quickly extinguished the blazes, preventing further damage, but both cars were written off.

CCTV Released, Police Plead for Help

Kent Police have dropped CCTV footage showing a person who may hold the key to the investigation. Authorities are urging anyone with info to step forward.
