Police Hunt Two Men After Brutal Guildford Rape
Surrey Police have released images of two men they want to speak to after a 19-year-old woman was raped in Guildford. The victim was assaulted after getting separated from her friends during a night out on Friday, 11 October.
Assault Took Place at Travelodge Woodbridge Meadows
Officers believe the attack happened inside the Travelodge at Woodbridge Meadows. The two men were seen at the hotel on the night in question and may hold vital information. Police urgently want to identify them.
Suspects’ Descriptions Released
- Man One: Asian, slim build, around 5ft 4ins tall, aged in his twenties.
- Man Two: Asian, slim/athletic build, aged in his twenties, seen wearing a white Calvin Klein t-shirt.
“Specialist officers have been providing support to the victim. I’m releasing these CCTV images after following other lines of enquiry. If you recognise them, please call 101 immediately,” said Detective Constable Matt Cable.
Arrest Made – But Man Released Without Charge
A 25-year-old man was arrested during the probe but has now been released without charge and will face no further action.
