Man Gropes Woman Near Roundabout Hotel in Broad Daylight
Police were alerted just before 2pm Monday to a shocking sexual assault on Wallington Shore Road. At around 8:10am, a man reportedly approached a woman walking past the Roundabout Hotel and inappropriately touched her before strolling away from the Cob and Pen pub.
Victim Unharmed But Under Specialist Care
Thankfully, the victim was not physically harmed but is receiving specialist support following the ordeal.
Suspect Description Released
The attacker is described as:
- White male in his forties
- Muscular build
- Short dark hair and a short beard
- Wearing all-grey clothes (t-shirt and trousers), with a small logo on the chest resembling a work uniform
- Filthy black builder’s shoes and dirty hands
Cops Urge Witnesses to Speak Up
