Tragedy struck early on Boxing Day in EC1 as a man was fatally stabbed on Cranwood Street. Police rushed to the scene at around 3.10am on Tuesday, 26 December, after reports of the attack.
Man Dies After Stabbing in EC1
Officers and paramedics found a 49-year-old man suffering from stab wounds. Despite emergency efforts, the victim tragically died at the scene. Police are working to notify his next of kin.
Four Arrested on Murder Suspicions
Four suspects remain in custody following the stabbing: two men aged 49 and 42, and two others aged 35 and 44. All are held on suspicion of murder as inquiries continue.
