Masked Pervert Strikes Twice in Portsmouth Parks
Police hunt a brazen flasher who exposed himself to two women in broad daylight in Portsmouth. Both victims saw the man but weren’t physically harmed.
First Incident: Young Woman Targeted in Great Salterns Playing Fields
The first attack happened between 2.45pm and 3.15pm on Monday, 15 July. A 22-year-old woman was walking through Great Salterns Playing Fields when the man suddenly exposed himself and fled when spotted.
The suspect is described as:
- White male, late 30s to early 40s
- Around 5ft 10ins tall
- Short, dark hair
- Medium build
- Wearing a white top and light blue jeans
- Carrying a large grey or green rucksack
Second Flash Incident in Baffins Field
The second episode happened between 1.30pm and 3.30pm on Wednesday, 17 July. A 48-year-old woman was targeted while walking through Baffins Field.
Inspector Ryan said: “We are treating both incidents as linked and an investigation is underway.”
“Officers will be patrolling the area. Anyone with concerns can speak to our uniformed officers.”
“We urge anyone with information on either incident to come forward.”
