Sexual Assault on Inverness to Glasgow Train – Police Hunt Witnesses

Police are urgently seeking witnesses after a sexual assault on a train from Inverness to Glasgow. The unsettling incident happened shortly after 5.30pm on Saturday 14 May.

Man Approached Woman, Offered Alcohol, Then Made Inappropriate Advances

A woman was travelling when a man sat next to her and offered her alcohol. Despite her clear refusal, he inappropriately touched her and then kissed her on the cheek, saying, “I 1 you,” before leaving the carriage.

The train was also carrying football fans at the time.

Police Appeal for Information
