Tragic Crash on A259 Claims Life of Seven-Year-Old Boy
A horrific collision on the A259 Sandgate Esplanade has ended in tragedy. Just after 5.30pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, a red Citroen and an unknown car or van crashed near Prospect Road.
Hit-and-Run Shocker
The unidentified vehicle sped off towards Hythe before emergency services even arrived. Police and ambulance crews rushed to the scene but sadly confirmed the death of a seven-year-old boy at the spot. His family have been informed.
