Bottle Attack Shocks Canterbury Night Spot

Kent Police were scrambled at 11pm on Sunday, 15 May 2022 after a man was hit with a bottle during a fracas involving three men in The Friars, Canterbury.

Victim Treated and Released

Emergency services, including South East Coast Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene. The injured man was taken to a local hospital and has since been discharged.

Police Hunt Two Suspects

Officers have descriptions of two suspects:

  • One man, around 5’6″, black, slim build, wearing black trousers, light-coloured top, baseball cap, and dark jacket.
  • The other, over 6 feet tall, black, heavy build, in light trousers and a black jacket with a logo on the back and a slogan on the front.
