Man Arrested After Harassment Incident on High Street
On Friday 24 March 2023, around 9pm, a woman was walking along the High Street near Station Road when a blue Nissan Micra pulled up. A man inside made inappropriate comments. He was challenged by a passerby and quickly drove off.
Police Make Arrest
Kent Police swiftly launched an investigation. A 64-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of harassment and later released on bail while enquiries continue.
