Police are hunting witnesses after a hit-and-run crash involving an e-bike and a pedestrian on Mutley Plain.
The incident happened just before 6pm on Tuesday, February 11. Reports reveal the e-bike rider ran a red light and collided with a female pedestrian, leaving her with potentially life-changing injuries. She was rushed to hospital for urgent treatment.
E-Bike Rider Loses It – Then Dashes Off
The impact threw the rider off his e-bike, but he quickly jumped back on and sped away along Belgrave Road – abandoning the scene and the victim.

- Has dash-cam or CCTV footage
- Can identify or knows the rider
