Bus Horror: Man Caught in Indecent Act Near Waterloo
A shocking incident unfolded on a bus to Waterloo at around 9.10pm on Wednesday, 10 February. A 16-year-old girl spotted a man committing an indecent act right beside her.
Suspect Description Released
The man is described as large-built with very short, patchy hair. At the time, he wore a green jacket and trousers but had no shoes on.
