Urgent: Woman, 33, Goes Missing in Lancashire
Katie Kenyon, 33, vanished without a trace after being last spotted on Friday morning. Police say a woman matching her description was seen leaving a Todmorden Road address with a man, travelling in a silver Ford Transit van (registration MT57 FLC) towards Bolton by Bowland, North Lancashire.
Man Arrested as Search Intensifies
A 50-year-old man from Burnley has been arrested and is cooperating with police inquiries. Despite this, Katie’s family are desperate for answers, fearing for her wellbeing.
“It is now a waiting game, we have done everything we can, searched everywhere, contacted everyone,” said Katie’s sister, Sarah Kenyon.
Police Appeal for Crucial Witnesses
Detective Chief Inspector Al Davies of Lancashire Police’s Major Investigation Team said Katie’s disappearance is “out of character” and urged the public to come forward with any tip-offs.
“We are doing all we can to find her. If you were in or around Bolton by Bowland and saw anything suspicious—whether a woman like Katie, the silver van, or anything unusual—please get in touch. Even small details could prove vital,” he said.
