Essex Police rushed to a horror two-car crash on the westbound A414 between Chelmsford and Harlow near Cooksmill Green just before 8.25pm on Saturday, 25 March.

Two people inside a silver Nissan Juke died despite frantic efforts from emergency crews.

The families of the victims are now being supported by police.

Third Victim Seriously Injured

A man travelling in the other vehicle suffered serious injuries to his torso and legs. Thankfully, his condition is not life-threatening.

Investigation Ongoing — Police Need Your Help

No arrests have been made yet, and Essex officers are continuing their inquiries.

Police have spoken to witnesses and thanked them for their cooperation.

They are urgently appealing for anyone with dashcam footage of the crash or the moments leading up to it to come forward.
