BREAK-IN SHOCK: Suspect caught on camera in Harrogate burglary

Burglars Strike on Lilac Grove

North Yorkshire Police are hunting a suspect after a brazen residential burglary overnight on Lilac Grove, Harrogate. The break-in happened between 11pm on Sunday, 6 April and 6am the next day, leaving residents rattled.

What Was Stolen?

Thieves made off with a black leather wallet and two Samsung Galaxy A8 tablets – one pink, one black. Police believe Ring doorbell footage caught the culprit red-handed and have released a still image and video clip to the public.

“This is a concerning incident for the residents of Lilac Grove,” said a North Yorkshire Police spokesperson. “We’re urging anyone who recognises the person in the footage to contact us immediately.”
