Police Hunt Man Over Rotherham Bus Station Sex Assault
Rotherham cops have released a photo of a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault at the town’s bus interchange. The nightmare unfolded last month, involving a man in his 20s.
Attack Inside Station Toilets
The shocking incident happened at around 7:25pm on Sunday, January 15. It took place inside the toilets at Rotherham bus interchange. The victim pushed the suspect away during the initial assault, but the attacker reportedly didn’t give up. He then followed the victim before legging it towards the train station.
“It is understood the suspect followed him before leaving towards the train station,” said Rotherham Police in a statement.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
