Man Assaulted Outside York Sports Bar in Late-Night Attack
Incident Sparks Police Hunt
At 10:17pm last night, police were called to an assault outside The Terrace Sports Bar on Fossgate, York. The ambulance service requested assistance after a 46-year-old man was attacked on the street.
Suspect Arrested, Victim Critical
Officers arrested a 38-year-old man at the scene, who remains in custody. The victim is currently in a critical condition in hospital. Specially trained officers are supporting his family through this difficult time.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
