Early Morning Raid Nets €110,000 Worth of Cocaine
Gardaí in Dun Laoghaire struck a heavy blow against illegal drug trafficking during a dawn operation in the Monkstown Farm area. Officers uncovered and seized cocaine with an estimated street value of €110,000. Alongside the haul, cannabis worth around €260 and various drug paraphernalia were also confiscated.
Forensic Science Ireland to Crack the Case
All seized substances are now headed to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for detailed testing. A Garda spokesperson said,
“The operation was conducted as part of ongoing efforts to combat drug distribution in the area. The drugs seized will undergo further analysis, and investigations are continuing.”
