Just after 2pm on Wednesday, May 26, cops patrolling Rushey Green, SE6, spotted a man and woman suspected of carrying a firearm. They quickly called in specialist firearms officers to the scene.
Imitation Gun Confiscated, Duo in Custody
The pair were stopped and searched, revealing what turned out to be an imitation firearm. Both were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm in a public place.
