Haringey Murder Probe After Man Dies from Stab Wound

A murder investigation is underway after a deadly stabbing in Haringey shocked the local community.

Man Stabbed in Early Hours

Police were called at 3.09am on Saturday, 1 June, after the London Ambulance Service reported a stabbing on Seven Sisters Road, near Vartry Road.

A 33-year-old man was found with a stab wound to the leg. He was rushed to a north London hospital but tragically died two days later on Monday, 3 June.

Police Action and Arrest

Officers await formal identification, though the victim’s next of kin have been informed. A post-mortem examination will be arranged shortly.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are leading the investigation.

On 3 June, a 17-year-old youth was arrested on suspicion of murder at an address on Seven Sisters Road, N4. He remains in custody at an east London police station.
