A 16-year-old boy from Blackwater has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder after a teenager was shot in a shocking attack.
Teen Shot in Blackwater Horror
Police rushed to Hearsey Gardens at 2.56pm after a 17-year-old boy was found with serious gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital and remains in stable condition.
Multiple Arrests Made
Alongside the teenager’s arrest, a 40-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, both from Blackwater, have been detained on suspicion of attempted murder. All three remain in custody as investigations continue.
Police Urge Public to Speak Up
Chief Inspector Matt Reeves said: “This was a very serious incident which has left a young man in hospital. We don’t doubt that you will have your concerns, but fortunately incidents of this nature are rare in Hampshire.”
