Teen Knife Rampage Shakes Elm Park Birthday Bash
Police have hauled in twelve teenagers after a brutal knife attack at a birthday party at Elm Park Primary School in Hornchurch, East London. The shocking chaos erupted last Saturday, March 22, when a gang of youths aged 12 to 17 crashed the event.
Armed Teens Storm Party, Guests Flee in Panic
The school hall, rented for the celebration, was invaded by an estimated 50 to 70 knife-wielding youths. Guests fled for their lives as the violent mob caused havoc. Disturbing footage shows the gang barging in, armed and dangerous. Neighbours woke to find knives tossed in their gardens the next morning.
Two teenagers suffered stab wounds and were rushed to hospital. Fortunately, their injuries aren’t life-threatening. Four police officers were also hurt while trying to regain control.
Social Media Post Sparks Violent Mob
Witnesses say the chaos started after a young girl shared the party location on social media. This tip-off attracted gangs from Harold Hill, Hackney, and nearby areas. The gang reportedly crisscrossed Elm Park, Dagenham, and Barking between 7pm and midnight.
“It was total chaos. We saw 40 to 50 youths running through the streets, dropping knives in people’s driveways and scattering,” said a local to the Havering Daily.
Police Crack Down on Violent Disorder
The Metropolitan Police confirmed the 12 arrested teens face charges including possession of offensive weapons, assault on emergency workers, and violent disorder.
In a tough statement, the Met declared: “The violence seen on Saturday evening has no place in our society and will not be tolerated.”
The investigation is ongoing, with no formal charges yet. Authorities are working with British Transport Police, local councils, and the community to ensure those responsible are brought to justice.
