Fight Night in Maidstone: Two Hurt, Police Hunt Witnesses
Chaos erupted in Maidstone in the early hours of Saturday, May 6, as two men were injured in a vicious altercation.
Early Morning Mayhem in Rose Yard
Kent Police rushed to Rose Yard at 2.40am after reports of a heated disturbance. The scene was grim as a man was found with cuts to his face and whisked off to hospital by paramedics.
Second Victim Comes Forward
Shortly after, a second victim reported he too had been assaulted during the fracas. Luckily, neither of the men’s injuries were life-threatening.
Two Men Locked Up
Police have arrested a 24-year-old from Reading and a 23-year-old from West London, both held on suspicion of assault. They remain in custody as enquiries continue.
