Dramatic High-Speed Chase Ends in Weybridge Drug Bust

Two men, aged 43 and 44, were slammed to a halt in a daring police ram job during a dramatic traffic stop in Weybridge this afternoon, exclusive reports reveal.

Range Rover Rammed on Weybridge Roundabout

Undercover National Crime Agency (NCA) officers pursued the suspects after their vehicle failed to stop at the roundabout where Queens Road meets Seven Hills Road. The chase ended when officers deliberately rammed the Range Rover, causing damage and forcing it to a standstill. Backup was called in from the National Police Air Service (NPAS) based in Redhill.

Major Drug Haul and Key Arrests

Sources confirm a significant amount of drugs was seized in this pre-planned operation targeting top-level dealers. The two men, believed to be major players, are not local to the area. They were arrested on suspicion of drug offences and taken to a Surrey police station for questioning.

Joint Forces Crack Down on Organised Crime

The operation was a coordinated effort between the NCA and Metropolitan Police organised crime units, with Surrey Police providing crucial support after the suspects’ vehicle refused to stop. Despite the collision caused by the pursuit, no serious injuries have been reported. An NCA spokeswoman said:

“Today (03/11/2017) at around 4pm, officers from the joint NCA and Metropolitan Police Organised Crime Partnership (OCP) were deployed to the Weybridge area. An individual failed to stop when requested by officers, causing a road collision. Surrey Police are supporting the operation and attending to public safety. Two males aged 43 and 44 have been arrested on suspicion of drug offences.”
