Two Men Fighting for Life After Triple Stabbing in Ilford
Two men, both in their 20s, are battling for their lives after a vicious triple stabbing in east London. Police rushed to Pownsett Terrace car park, Ilford, just before 11:30pm on Saturday following reports of an injured man.
Silver Volvo Window Smashed Before Attack
The victims were reportedly relaxing in a silver Volvo when the rear window was smashed. Neighbours say a weapon was pulled and later thrown into a nearby river. The pair were then stabbed in the car.
Third Victim Self-Presents at Hospital
A second man, also in his 20s, was found stabbed on Pownsett Terrace. Both he and the first man were rushed to hospital in life-threatening condition.
A third victim was also stabbed but left the scene and later went to hospital himself. Police confirmed he has since been discharged.
No Arrests Yet; Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
A crime scene remains at the scene. No weapons have been found and no arrests made.
The Met Police have imposed a Section 60 order across Ilford’s IG1 area to curb further violence.
“Anyone with information is urged to call 101 or tweet @MetCC quoting CAD8875/31August,” police said.
